Welcome to BulkInsta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BulkInsta platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). BulkInsta is a structured content engine that automatically generates carousels and reels from plain text input — with no design tools, no timelines, and no editing required.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using BulkInsta in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that:

- You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

BulkInsta provides a web-based platform for creating structured carousels and reels from plain text. The core functionality includes:

- AI Text Engine — Paste any text and the AI automatically structures it into carousels or reels, no formatting required.
- Format Selection — Choose carousel or reel; the same input flow produces either output with proven narrative structure applied automatically.
- Add Relevant Images — The AI analyzes your text and places relevant copyright-free photos from Pexels automatically.
- AI Captions & Hashtags — Every post includes AI-generated captions and hashtag suggestions optimized for Instagram.
- Export — Download your content instantly as images or editable .pptx files, or send directly via Telegram.
- Custom PPTX Templates — Upload your own .pptx file as a private custom template. Uploaded templates are stored per user account and are not accessible to other users.
- Pay-As-You-Go — 5 posts free, then pay only for what you generate.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice for material changes that affect paid users.

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

Account Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

One Account per User — Each account is for use by a single individual or entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or exploit free-tier credits is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

BulkInsta uses a pay-as-you-go model with no subscriptions.

- Free — $0: Generate up to 5 posts (carousels or reels) with no credit card required. Full AI features included.
- Starter — $4.99 one-time: 30 credits. Use one credit per AI feature usage. Carousels and reels included.
- Pro — $9.99 one-time: 100 credits. Use one credit per AI feature usage. Carousels and reels included.

Credit Usage:

- One credit is consumed each time you generate a carousel post. Previewing does not consume credits.
- Credits do not expire and are tied to your account.
- Credits are non-transferable.

AI features ( caption generation, hashtag suggestions) are included on all plans including the free tier.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

One-Time Purchase — All paid plans are single, non-recurring charges. There is no automatic renewal or subscription.

Refund Policy — Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our service:

- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once any credits are consumed, the purchase is final.
- We may issue discretionary refunds in cases of documented technical failures on our part that prevented you from using the Service.

Taxes — Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

You agree to use BulkInsta only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

1. Create, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Generate spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or inauthentic engagement material designed to manipulate platform algorithms.
3. Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or any other applicable platform policies.
4. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
6. Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond what is explicitly permitted.
7. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or usage limits.
8. Create or export content that constitutes misinformation, hate speech, or promotes violence or discrimination.
9. Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure supporting the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, without refund.

BulkInsta is a creation tool. You provide the input text; we provide the AI and interface to turn it into carousels.

Ownership — You retain full ownership of all content you create or input to the Service ("Your Content"). These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to BulkInsta.

License to BulkInsta — By using the Service, you grant BulkInsta a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.

Your Responsibility — You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for any text you input into the Service.

Content Retention — We process your content to generate carousels. Input text may be temporarily stored to enable session functionality. We do not claim ownership over your posts or sell your content to third parties.

BulkInsta's core features are AI-powered: content structuring, caption generation, and hashtag suggestions. These features use large language models to process your input and return outputs.

Important: AI-generated outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it to Instagram or any other platform. BulkInsta does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI outputs.

What AI Does:

- Structure Content: Automatically organizes your text into a proven narrative arc (hook, value, CTA) for carousels and reels — no manual structuring required.
- Generate Captions: Produces a suggested Instagram caption based on your content.
- Generate Hashtags: Suggests hashtags intended to optimize reach and engagement.

AI Limitations:

- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. Always review before use.
- Suggested hashtags are not guaranteed to improve reach. Instagram's algorithm changes frequently.
- Your input text may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The BulkInsta platform, including its design, interface, codebase, branding, and original content (excluding Your Content), is owned by BulkInsta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use the BulkInsta name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using BulkInsta, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key data practices include:

- We collect account information (email address), usage data, and any content you voluntarily input into the Service.
- Input text submitted to AI features may be transmitted to third-party AI providers under appropriate data processing agreements.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

- The Service will be available at all times or operate without interruption or error.
- AI-generated designs, captions, or hashtags will produce any particular result or comply with future Instagram algorithm changes.
- The Service is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

BulkInsta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkInsta, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Account suspensions or bans by Instagram or any other platform resulting from content created using BulkInsta.
- Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, hashtags, or captions.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to BulkInsta in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time.

Termination by You — You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination by Us — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Effect of Termination — Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the features of the Service. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify paid users by email.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
