Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

Account data — your email address and (optionally) a display name when you sign up.

Content data — text you input to generate carousels. We process these only to produce your output and do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.

Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, collected in aggregate to understand how to improve the product.

Payment data — if you purchase credits, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

We use a small number of cookies:

- Session cookie — keeps you logged in during your visit. Expires when you close the browser.
- Preference cookie — stores your language selection. Expires after 1 year.
- Analytics cookie — used by our analytics provider to count unique visits in aggregate. No cross-site tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.

We use a privacy-first analytics tool that does not fingerprint users or track individuals across sites. Data is collected in aggregate form only. No personal identifiers are associated with analytics data.

We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

We do not sell your data. We share data with third parties only in the following limited cases:

- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and storage providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- AI providers — input text submitted to AI features (mood analysis, caption generation, hashtag suggestions) may be sent to third-party AI providers. This is done under appropriate data processing agreements and is used solely to generate your output.
- Payment processor — Stripe, for purchase billing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Generated carousel files are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes all associated data immediately.

When you use AI-powered features (mood-based design, caption generation, hashtag suggestions), your input text is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the output. This is necessary for the feature to work.

We do not use your input text to train AI models. Input text is processed transiently and not retained by AI providers beyond the response. See our Terms of Service for more details on AI features.
